Getting More
Girls into Sports
The statistics don’t lie. Girls participation in sports is significantly lower than boys. In most cases as much as 60% lower. Jelly Bean Sports offers an introductory sports development concept proven to be loved by all children, girls and boys. Our ability to reach young girls is above average and a benchmark getting young girls started right, Your contribution will help us to further educate parents and grow our reach to impact the introduction to more girls into sports.
Fighting
Childhood Obesity
The fun colorful tracking devices that are worn by each child in our programs are not for show. They track how hard each child works. Our wearable devices draw attention to the importance of.physical activity in programs like ours. They educate parents as well as validate the quality of our programs in reaching aerobic outcomes. A portion of your donation will go towards funding the maintenance of our devices and expanding the messaging around sports role and responsibility to help fight the epidemic that is childhood obesity.
Making Sports More Accessible for ALL Kids
With rising cost, fewer and fewer families are able to afford the cost of sports today. With a donation to our campaign, a portion of every dollar will go towards our outreach to bring Jelly Bean Sports underprivileged communities around Chicagoland and beyond.
Covid Relief
2020 was a tough year for many businesses. Jelly Bean Sports survived the shutdown but the economic impact will continue to linger. Increases across the board in cost of doing business demands some offset. A portion of every dollar donated will go towards helping to fund that offset and to insure that Jelly Bean Sports remains strong and around longterm to serve many new generations of early learners.
